Revolutionary Rants

Spent most of yesterday painting the kitchen cabinets in my brother’s new home. They were a kind of sky-blue, but I painted over a cream colour, managing three layers in all, which has cheered them up no end. My sister-in-law got loads done int he sitting room, as well, it is going to be a golden brown and dark green whenfinished, but yesterday she had the rather tortorous job of painting the ceiling and the beems on said ceiling. Still, we got quite a lot done and my knees know all about it… Chicken also did some electric works after work.

I am going to help out again after I get back from Bideford later today. There is plenty to be done before the move on Friday/Saturday, but hopefully we will get it done.

We had a lot of wake-up texts last night, so we are pretty tired, but busy and looking forward to our own move…
