It is a fact that many people are quite happy to take each other’s name and I am prepared to bet many fox-hunting types could be bothered less. They tend not to worry about such nonsense, and yes I am afraid it is nonsense, after all where did Sains come from, your mum? Also when were all fox hunting types likely to be members of any elite, many are ordinary folk, yes really, have you ever been hunting? Oh never mind.
