Wii wonderland

I then got hold of my brother on the phone and he informed me he had purchased a Wii. I hadn’t tried one out so a trip to Swimbridge was called for. I did the Wii training and then we played bowling and tennis until I realised Mr C was home from work in five minutes and headed home. Mum and Alex are off to Paris tomorrow and we are allowed to borrow said Wii during his holiday – ‘citing! Looking forward to tonight as it is the final of The Apprentice. It won’t be quite as exciting as the all-female final I was anticipating, but I think it will still be good, especially as all the fired contestants return to assist in the final task. Can’t imagine Tre will be in a forgiving mood… I have been thinking Kristina will win it for several weeks now (I thought Katie would have the rugged pulled out from her in the final, as, I suspect, did she) and that is still what I am thinking. Although S’Alan claims to be looking for someone ‘drop-dead shrewd’ I think he still has a soft spot for the ‘working-class/less privilaged made good’ story and Kristina getting herself through University after giving birth – in an Irish convent – at 17 will no doubt tickle his fancy. But then again, Simon is more star-struck and would perhaps be easier to slot in to Amstrad… Not sure who I am going for, though. Kristina is Irish and a single-mum made good, but she is also evil; Simon was born with a very large silver spoon in the gob but he seems nicer in general and is very clever… I dunno. Well, we’ll see later on. Comments Off |
