Revolutionary Rants

Because Everything’s Political

Falling on my head like a memory

April has arrived. Not literally, of course, as it is almost May (yes, the great sell-out is less than two weeks away), but in the “April showers” sense. So far we have had almost wall-to-wall sunshine and breezy, light days. Not so this morning, the weather is gray and grumpy with a fair dash of moisture. Oh well, it can’t be sunny all the time, can it? What would we talk about if it did? Conversation would grind to a halt…

The party was a success, with a bouncy castle (Chicken and I didn’t go on too much) and plenty of cake. The kids seemed to have a good time and we got a chance to test our story in the village hall, it sounded brilliant, which has saved us almost £200 on a PA system.

Afterwards my cold/cough/sore throat thing came back with a vengeance, so I am off to the doctors later, as after a week and a half I am getting annoyed.
