Things are still quiet and sleepy round here. Having a quiet weekend. Alex came over for a last Diablo and to say bye before he headed back up to Bristol for his next term at UWE. We watched trashy Channel 4 telly, quite enjoyed Ugly Betty although it was pretty obvious plot-wise and then there was lovely Mr Tennant on Friday Night Project, he wasn’t up to much in the presenting department but in the face department he was, as usual, excellent! Today, after waving off Al, we started making our wedding cake and i read my Guardian. Oh, and the blow-by-blow account of the Cheeky Girl/Lib Dem love affair given by the Cheeky mother. Hilarious stuff! |
