ITV declared, just as I was washing up my lunch plate, that the mystery of who was Jack the Ripper. He may be the less interesting of the Rippers, but this was still exciting news. However, as usual ITV are being a little over dramatic (why can’t C4 or even the beeb have news at 12:30?). However, there are some new papers becoming available today.
