To Sleep, per chance to dream…

We have ordered our first bed. It is a wooden (pine, I think) gothic double bed and should be with us within two weeks. Meantime Chris will sleep on a matress on the floor. It is stupidly hot, the kind of day when you just want to swim. It certainly makes a nice change from last months rain soaked endlessness! Annoying thing for the day (well, actually two annoying things): 1. People that writes blogs and have partner’s who have blogs (which are usually linked) and still insist on giving their partners nicknames like ‘The Bear’ or ‘Good Husband’ or some shit like that. They are not anonymous anyway, are they? Not when they’re called ‘Clive’ on their own bloggers account… And, no, Chicken does not count, that is his other name and has been outside of the blog world for over three years now… Even my neice and nephew call him Chicken… 2. People who put adverts in the Journal and then don’t answer their phone for ages until the thing is sold. Bastards. |
