We’re back up in West Yorkshire. After one rather shocking and very, very tiring day in which we woke in Paris (with a big tall window looking out on a small park) travelled via Metro and Eurostar to London, and, after a stint on the tube, then GNER to Leeds and Transpennine Express to Huddersfield. After a lovely Easter in Devon and Paris (more of which later once I have finished my Marxist Theory essay and been to Nice this coming weekend!!!!!!!!!) it is a little strange to be back up here on a day on which the whole town centre has been taped off by the police after a shooting “incident”… Such is life! |
