		<description>I thought this referred not so much to removing the Queen&#039;s powers as such, but more the prime minister&#039;s exercising of the &#039;royal prerogative&#039;, ie limiting the powers of our elected dictator, rather than allowing the queen to do these things, which, as I understand (though I know nothing), the monarch has not been able to do since the Civil War?
