		<description>I thought this referred not so much to removing the Queen's powers as such, but more the prime minister's exercising of the 'royal prerogative', ie limiting the powers of our elected dictator, rather than allowing the queen to do these things, which, as I understand (though I know nothing), the monarch has not been able to do since the Civil War?
