Glorious food

It is currently my favourite thing to eat (apart from Christmas/wedding cake, Chicken’s beautiful mousse and pistachio ice cream!): each day I think ‘I’ll have something else to eat today for lunch’ and then, as 12:15 approaches I always end up boiling the kettle for my penne! It has me in its grip! I remember when I first fell for it big time, I was with my loved one and his brother and we were staying at Chris’ parent’s house near Tourrette. Chicken’s parents were away until the afternoon, so we headed off to Vence for lunch. I ordered tagliatelle with fresh pesto - ever since then, I can’t get enough of the stuff! Sadly, as it often includes cashew nuts, it makes Mr C ill… Oh well, nobody’s perfect! |
