We are in to the FA Cup final!!!!!!!!! Brilliant! A good solid 3-0 win over Blackburn (mind you, it is only Blackburn – sorry Al!) has set us on the path to Cardiff! Plus, the World Snooker Championships have started, Ronnie O’Sullivan is just in the lead (5-4) after the first session against bright young thing Stephen Maguire, but from what I saw earlier he was not yet on the form on last year… Finger’s crossed for the Rocket anyway! Things are quiet here, we are just getting ready for our time in France, which we are really excited about! Also, I got an interview for Sheffield, so I am chuffed. |
Well, all I was going to say is that if you have BBC interactive, you can see some really great stuff in the snooker lunch break.
Yesterday we left it on whilst having our lunch (at Dossers in Yorkshire) and came back to find that there was a full image of the Crucible floor. We got a full demonstration, with comments and humming, on the methods of brushing and combing the baize, overheard a mobile call for a floor manager and other jolly stuff.
The ultimate in ‘must watch’ stuff. Airport television, in the same way as elevator music?
Ah well, it was raining…
